All shirts are flat-folded and packed in cases consisting of 6 dozen per size, per color, per style.

ORDERING:
We welcome all customers. We have price ranges to fit each individual need. Choose from any of the packages below for your ideal assortment. Merchandise is priced accordingly to quantity purchased.

** CASE = 6 dozen / 72 pieces per color per size per style
** DOZEN = 12 pieces per color per size per style
** BUNDLE = Ratio of 3/6/6/3 : 3 small/ 6 medium/ 6 large/ 3 X-Large
** SAMPLES: Minimum $25 plus UPS shipping freight.
All samples pay by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

TERMS:
Net terms are available to customers who meet all of our Factor (C.I.T.) Credit requirements. Please call in for a Credit Application. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Company Check also accepted with system approval(Cross Check Program). Past due invoices will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. No shipments on delinquent accounts that are due past 15 days until brought current.

SHIPMENTS:
Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time will be shipped out the same day from Los Angeles, California, via UPS or by other methods requested by customer. Drop shipment is provided at no additional charge. Refused / Unclaimed C.O.D. shipments will be subject to freight and restocking fees. These charges must be paid prior to any further shipments.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY:
Exchange / Return claims must be reported within 10-15 days upon receipt of goods. Please call in to get an approved authorization number. Please ensure that each box returned is marked with that given Return Authorization Number. All returning boxes which have not been pre-authorized or marked with assigned return number will be refused. No altered merchandise will be accepted (i.e. printed, dyed, try-on etc.). The customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned garments. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Sample orders are not returnable.
* Refund credit will be issued within 5-10 business days from the time the warehouse receives order.

What is Re-Labeling?
Answer:
Re-labeling is purchasing our garment as is, and replacing our label with your own custom label. Process will take approximately 1-3 business days from the day labels are provided. Requirements are as follows: ~ $0.25 re-labeling fee per pieces

What is Kavio’s Private Label?
Answer:
Kavio’s Private Label is using our size specs combined with our colors while inserting your own personal label on the garment during production process. There are no additional charges to this program. Process will take 8-10 weeks for an order turn around counting from the day of deposit.

PRIVATE LABEL REQUIREMENTS:
~ 30% deposit and a Letter of Credit (L.C.)
~ 100 dozen minimum per style per color
~ 200 dozen minimum customer color per style per color
~ Customer provide label
~ Labels must be received in warehouse within 10 days from the purchase date.
