- Orders place Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday (except for major holidays).

Kavio guarantees that all of our products are 100% first-rate quality and packed with the utmost of care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow these return instructions and we will gladly refund your purchase in a timely manner. |

Refund Criterias:
Kavio will gladly refund your online purchase if you are unsatisfied or have defective merchandise and item(s) is unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Items must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. |

- Prior to returning the merchandise, please email our Customer Care reps at customercare@kavio.com with the following information:
a. Invoice Number
b. Your contact information (Name, Phone #, Email, Address)
c. Description of returned merchandise (INCLUDE: Style #, Color & Size)
d. Brief reason for the return
- Place return items into a box.
- Clearly write the invoice number on the box for faster processing.
- The original invoice must be included along with a copy of the email. (Please make a copy for your personal records.)
